For such a simple and small order, it should have been processed and in transit no later than 3 business days after ordering. That's being generous. When my customers order something from me, they get a tracking number the same day and movement showing by the next business day. No excuse for this oversight in orders.

Since I'm fitting the box around something I also specifically included what the inside dimensions need to be in the note (the correct measurement). For the price I paid I feel you should have read my note,checked, and contacted me for a correction before production.
