GBVERY Slow Shipping After Ignoring Immediate Order Cancellation Ordering system required full payment info before verifying coupon codes. Emailed to cancel order immediately. Ava did not reply until it was "shipped." However, tracking info showed the carrier had not received the package yet. Ava did not reply to message showing they only printed a shipping label. Several weeks later, the unwanted package arrived and Ava immediately replied that it was delivered! Avoid this dishonest seller. Let's see if they honor their return policy.

NLGreat customer service, just slow delivery times My light didn't work, about every day or every other day we had correspondence and I had to provide video evidence for their troubleshooting methods, and then they just shipped a replacement. Hassle-free. It's just that the replacement shipping seems to be of lower priority so it took quite a while to come in. Anywhere from 15-30 days. I got mine in about 20.
