Very easy design process Very easy design process, and very quick turn around time. We've ordered four tents the past couple years as we have grown and are very happy. There was an issue with the durability of a couple of the canopies (defective batch). They corrected the problem by sending out new canopies immediately and without any hassle. We will definitely continue to use them, and recommend them to anyone in need of a custom printed EZ up.
