Knowledgeable, friendly and super fast. The quality of the product that was sent to me when I bought the computer was outstanding. The computer is super fast and set up wonderfully. Trade station and Think or Swim set up along with multi monitor capability. Yes it comes with a price tag but you get what you pay for. This is a great value. If you are serious about trading you need to go world class and this is definitely that.

Have been a customer of Falcon… Have been a customer of Falcon computers since 2008. Years ago, when no off the shelf computer from the major brands would keep up with the data from the stock market without freezing-Falcon built my first headache free computer. I have used them since and have never had a breakdown of one of their computers. The tech support is the real reason I have been a 15-year customer. There are no more computer savvy techs than the people at Falcon. Every problem I have faced they have walked me through and where very professional and able to explain what had happened and how I can avoid a reoccurrence of the problem. Your system islonline is a game changer when I am stuck with a problem. Ben has helped the most recently and is a joy to work with.
