Placed 2 larger custom hat orders Placed 2 larger custom hat orders. The 2nd order had a defective hat, reached out to the sales team multiple times for a solution to replace the hat (pictures were sent) only to be left hanging with no reply/solution. We will not use Addix again.

Addix Sportswear was a great fit for… Addix Sportswear was a great fit for us. We contacted them, discussed a Jersey order for our High School Softball team and designed what we wanted, ordered the jerseys and got the promised 6 day turnaround and were able to wear the new jerseys in our state regional tourney. We are now considering ordering jerseys for our JR. High Baseball and Softball teams
