Excellent product and service Newstripe's products and service are exceptional. I'm part of a small group of soccer players who have been responsible for lining our field for the first time this year. It's been a learning experience and Newstripe made it possible for us to succeed. We have a limited budget but also did not want the wastefulness of using aerosol spray cans. We were able to buy the Field Liner 3 from Newstripe. It has performed well and as an extra bonus, gave us a little bit of upper body work out each time we lined (to use the hand pump). We have been careful with using the paint strainer and cleaning the liner after every use. We hope the liner will give us years of utility. It seems sturdy and well made. Late in the season, we did have a little problem with the pump but our Newstripe sales person, Andy Ducey, was able to suggest the replacement of the pump assembly for only about $40. That piece of equipment does get a work out, but the solution seems quite reasonable. We have also bought the 1 gallon buckets of concentrated paint. It saves on shipping costs and we can slightly dilute each gallon to make 6 gallons which allows us to line our U12 sized field two separate times (pumping up only to about 10 psi). I needed some parts for our AeroVent… I needed some parts for our AeroVent can disposal unit. The website was super easy to navigate. I found our particular unit easily and got the parts ordered quickly. The photos of the actual part were helpful in confirming the correct part was ordered. Checkout was a breeze. Delivery was prompt Delivery was prompt, product was almost as expected. One of the back wheels fell off when I took the unit out of the box-I called and a couple new retaining washers were sent to me pretty quickly. All cut metal edges were very sharp and slightly ragged so I spent about 30 minutes of Dremel time deburring and smoothing so nobody would get cut using it. I thought that I bought the 50# model but the bin overfilled with the lid open still took only about 75% of the 50# bag. The bin door lever control plate made of plastic with zip ties is pretty janky-I did a temporary workaround with some heavy rubber bands on the day I striped the course but will come up with a more permanent fix later. I wanted to buy American but a little disappointed at the quality for the price I paid.
