Super service Painfully slow delivery, but very responsive staff, chat works great and they made everything right. Worth waiting a bit to get the extra personal service imo.

Great customer service and product Before this order I looked at so many Janky websites and was so afraid to order and lose money BUT after sending an email asking for a recommendation for my specific need, I pulled the trigger. This thing is so powerful! I have to be careful because it exceeds my expectations. The item came fast and when I got around to checking it out first I didn't realize each antenna has a number. Then the case covered the individual on /off switches for each frequency. I emailed customer service and they replied overnight. I totally recommend company and product.

It works It works - I am not a technical guy - But I can tell you that it works - The first thing to go is the wifi - my keyboard, mouse, ps4 controller, and speaker all went down right away - Then my phone went down - I brought the handheld 8 bands up to 10 meter - I received it quickly, about 3 days. I will be buying a larger one from them soon when I learn all the technical aspects of it -
