I did hire a handyman to install it I did hire a handyman to install it. It was done in an hour or so. Its glamorous and so bright! No broken parts; everything was perfect! I highly recommend this product!

If I could leave no stars I would! If I could leave no stars I would! Ordered a very expensive light ($4500+) and the first thing I received from them was a small box of bolts! After many emails, I finally received my light. Electricians were able to install a few weeks later. Antique Bronze base seemed okay upon installation until the crystals were placed - brackets bent, holes misshapen, crystals were all of various sizes - not as represented - it looks like a piece of crap! The customer service rep/owner? have been a nightmare to work with. They have at various times times claimed it was my electricians fault, my fault, the factories fault and that they would "fine" the factory and share that money with me. They have claimed at various times that we broke the light, we bent the light, we shouldn't have hung the light, etc., and then said they would refund my purchase price which has still not happened in over a week. I told them I want my money back and I will send the light back, but they are totally unreasonable - I have turned this over to my credit card company. Please DO NOT purchase anything from ULamps!!!!
