If I could leave no stars I would! If I could leave no stars I would! Ordered a very expensive light ($4500+) and the first thing I received from them was a small box of bolts! After many emails, I finally received my light. Electricians were able to install a few weeks later. Antique Bronze base seemed okay upon installation until the crystals were placed - brackets bent, holes misshapen, crystals were all of various sizes - not as represented - it looks like a piece of crap! The customer service rep/owner? have been a nightmare to work with. They have at various times times claimed it was my electricians fault, my fault, the factories fault and that they would "fine" the factory and share that money with me. They have claimed at various times that we broke the light, we bent the light, we shouldn't have hung the light, etc., and then said they would refund my purchase price which has still not happened in over a week. I told them I want my money back and I will send the light back, but they are totally unreasonable - I have turned this over to my credit card company. Please DO NOT purchase anything from ULamps!!!!

Very satisfied customer … Product was as described and was packed very well in wood crates. At the beginning communication could have been better, but they improved that and I am very happy with everything. Will buy from them again

Chany deserves a promotion-best… Chany deserves a promotion-best customer service The company sent lights in an actual wooden box. I could not use the style and color in new construction but Chany handled it without involving me~ I will order again. Lynda

Very Impressed with this Company Communication was seamless, and the lights were packaged so well. Nothing could have been ruined during shipping as I imagine it took hours just to package the lights. I was very impressed! I have not had the ability to hang the lights yet as we are in the middle of building the house, so I can't comment as to how they will operate, but they looked very nice!
