The videos showing each machine in operation was exactly what I needed. Nobody does that. For those reasons, I felt comfortable ordering my first machine. The machine arrived and I was really impressed with the quality. Sturdy, well engineered, and quiet. very quiet. Today, eight years after purchase, it is still working as good as the day I purchased it. In addition to a high-quality product, the communication from the company has been terrific. One of the accessories I purchased with the machine had a small little problem. They sent me a new one right away. So I would tell everyone to trust that you are going to get a great machine, and have many years of enjoyment.
