Amazing sales and great products. -

Terrible service. I placed my order on September 8th, after a couple weeks with no updates I received an email saying a couple shipments were delayed. It's now been a month and my order has not shipped, nor have I received any emails about when/if its going to ship. Can't speak on the quality of the brushes I ordered. But so far I'm very disappointed

They charge but do not deliver... I paid for the item on the 3rd of September and the order was never filled. I don't have the product that I ordered and I've tried a number of times to contact someone to ask that the order be canceled and that my money be refunded and no one answers my emails. I even called the phone number available to try to contact a human being and no one answers the phone. I would not suggest that anyone have anything to do with this company under any circumstances. I got the reply from Trustpilot but there's a couple of concerns that you should know about. 1. I don't live in Canada I live in the US. 2. I already contacted PayPal for a refund because no one there had responded to emails or phone.

Quite good for the price Quite good for the price These brushes are quite good for the price and arrived very promptly. Some of the tips needed trimming to achieve a fine point for the fine work I do (n gauge 1:150) figure painting which was a little surprising given the other reviews I had seen. Nonetheless a nice set after the alterations.

Very good Very good, delivered on time and in great condition. One item in my order was wrongly delivered, after contacting via email, and the right item was replaced and delivered the very next day. I am very happy with the products and will be ordering again. Vivian
