GBLiars and cheats Meh! Sent clear photos of what I had(serial numbers visible and condition). I have great camera. Anyways got a pricing texted to me and I responded confirming what they would give me for my cat converters and they acknowledged. I have it all documented. So, I ship out as they sent me shipping label. I took photos as I packaged. Stayed in communication as it processed thru shipping. Now the kicker is….when they got my cat converters they now offered me 100 less and told me they were mistaken. No fault is mine. LUDACROUS!!!!! Kinda held my stuff hostage and insinuated “take it or leave it”. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It’s BS!!!! They say free shipping and handling but it is not. 1st & last time. Could of just sold locally and no headaches. GEEZ! How do companies stay in businesses doing stuff like this. BAIT AND SWITCH. UGH!! Maybe I’ll talk to my lawyer and get more than 100 dollars back. They’ll learn not to eff with people.

GBSatisfaction with RRCats in the end... I contacted RRCats in February, 2022 about a pair of catalytic converters from a 2014 Jetta. I was provided a quote quickly and shipped the pair of converters after receiving the quote for the pair. RRCats provided the shipping and they received the shipment about three days later. I provided all requested materials in the shipment along with ID and address. That was two months ago and I have not received payment for the catalytic converters. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend anyone else do business with them. Update 4/23/22 After providing an original 1-star rating and reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, RRCats responded and provided an explanation as well as payment for the catalytic converters I sent them. As such, I have changed their rating to 4-star for finalizing our original agreement.

GBI Had a Good Experience After verifying the model of cat that I had, I followed their instructions and corresponded with the staff through the process when I had questions. They paid me the amount they quoted me for to the dollar.
