My go-to glass packaging company! I have ordered from Glassnow for now 6 years and decided to add my own review. To address other comments, yes, they do sell out of colors and it requires me to place my orders in advance to make sure my inventory is ready for my seasonal sales. I do the same with most of my wholesale suppliers as it makes sense for my business to plan most of the time 3 to 5 months ahead. I work with Glassnow because their customer service is second to none, their selection is growing consistently, and having been burned by Chinese suppliers, I find their price point very good for quality jars.

This company has a few products I use… This company has a few products I use for my business so I’m locked into ordering from them. However, they often run out of product, they’ve got a strange antiquated way of taking orders (it had to be approved by someone) and they take FOREVER to ship out. Again, I have to buy a few things that seem to only be available at this company. But their standards are definitely not comparable to other wholesale companies I order from

She was so kind in helping me navigate their site and customize my order to fit my needs. Both of my calls felt as if I was talking to a good friend who just so happened to own her own company. I am a start up company so my order was not a large order but she treated me with the dignity and respect of a corporation. I felt like they appreciated my business. My products arrived packaged with care in a timely manner. Their products are thick solid glass. Not the flimsy thin glass that you may find in stores.
