Best in the industry First off, top notch stellar products. Their slings and sling hardware are second to none. Then, there's customer service. People like Matt who's always there answering the main phone line instead of an automated prompt. Something that's very rare for a company these days with this large of a customer base. The website is fairly new, and their partnership with Amazon Pay is as well. But, it doesn't change the fact that, too me , BFG has their customer front and center. Great company, top-notch products. And much deserving of respect and patronage, for being a prime supporter of mil/LE/first responders, and for designing and building products that are 100% made in America!

Run forest RUN! Run forest RUN! Ordered a month ago the only thing I have gotten is hung up on twice and every excuse in the book via email. I can’t get my money back or my order sent. Yes their products are top notch but the service is urine poor. No help or communication they always seem too busy to actually help. They need to have a team meeting and regroup cause I see a lot of the same complaints and have been going for a long while. Unless you have over a month and counting of wait time. Mama said stupid is stupid does! Lol

Blue Force Gear is the best. I have deployed with Blue Force Gear and in extreme environments it preforms better than other gear. I am now in law enforcement and still buy Blue Force Gear. It's unacceptable The reason for the delay of shipment are unacceptable. They said they were out of some of the items ordered but accepted payment for them. They shouldn't have accepted money if they don't have the items yet.

My 4th Sling This is the fourth sling I've purchase from BFG; I use the Vickers 221 professionally and trust it for personal use as well. Their shipping is always a little slow, especially since 2020, but I'll wait for quality.
