My husband and I love the lifestyle and find it easy to follow and adjust out favorites to low carbs. Mostly stay 5 lbs below my goal weight but occasionally stray.intermediate fasting bring me back.. My husband and I are 75 and very active. Even when I try to log in it doesn't recognize my email so I can't access the site to cancel or even see the information.
