GBUtterly disappointed. Utterly disappointed. Unless the law has changed without me knowing it, I have a statutory right to a refund within 28 days of purchase. Hell, I don't even want a refund. I just want to change what I've received for a smaller size. Three emails later and they still haven't replied.

GBBEWARE--TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY I bought a hat from rhythm and it did not fit my head. I decided to return it (assuming there would be free returns as with most brands). Unfortunately, this brand does not reimburse for shipping or have a remotely user-friendly return process (you have to email them and wait a few days for someone to email you back). The shipping cost from the US to Australia (where the company is based) would have been more expensive than the hat itself so I decided to donate it.

GBI was supposed to receive a discount… I was supposed to receive a discount but it didn't apply. Kinda janky to do that to a return customer.

GBLove the attitude of the shirts / the cut is a little big Love the designs and attitude of the shirts. I've ordered a bunch of them over the past couple years. It does seem that these two I just received are made by a different t-shirt manufacturer - the cut is a little boxier/looser which I don't really like.
