GBWomen's Formula PM My doctor recommended the Women's Formula AM and PM multivitamin to help my sleep and it worked! I take two PM formula capsules right before bed and something about it helps me stay asleep the whole night. I also take 3 mg melatonin but that on its own wasn't doing the trick.
