I work feom home and was home at the time it stated was delivered. When I tried to reach out to the company for help, I gave my order number and my issue in the "help chat." DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Worst experience I've ever had making a purchase. I ordered a rug from this company because I'm currently pregnant and wanted to do a Kaws Sesame Street theme for my baby nursery. I paid over $70 for the rug. It came 2 weeks later. It arrived all smushed in a plastic package with a bunch of tape around it. Terrible packaging nothing at all to protect the shape or quality of the rug. When I removed the rug from the package , not only did it look NOTHING like the picture it was flimsy , severely wrinkled , and damaged completely.
