The worst online purchase experience… The worst online purchase experience I've ever had. The piece was over priced and what they sent me didn't resemble the website picture. Their rep, Ken, admitted so much in writing. Unprofessional to the point he actually cursed at me in an email response. Avoid Chameleon Glass at all cost.

I ended up placing my order and the shipping was very quick. Once my order arrived, I opened the box to find the most beautiful American made glass work I’ve seen in a while. Awesome experience that could of been awful . Ken sorted all my issues All I can say is Ken looked after me after my enail was faulty and expensive he offered replacement or refund within 2 days of my emails alot of bad reviews that do not reflect my experience at all nothing but appreciation from Australia. These guys are real craftsmen and… These guys are real craftsmen and artists when it comes to glass work. I like their monsoon spubbler hybrid of a pipe and a bong. They make stuff that is very creative, and even though I can't usually afford to buy much of this stuff I love browsing their site and get quite a wish list after viewing their glass artistry.
