I recently had an experience at… I recently had an experience at ExperienceSoar.com and it was almst good. They had a decsent range of products and items to choose from and they had pretty reasonable prices overall. I found the website nicely compacted and fairly easy to use. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience and have come away with an intriguing range of possibilies. The only issue I had was with their customer service. They weren't very reaponsive and could've been more helpfule. Overall, I'd say I had a decent experience.

I ordered a digital gift card early on… I ordered a digital gift card early on 5/8/22 (Mother's Day) as a Mother's Day present. The digital gift card never arrived. Attempted multiple times to contact the vendor through the website's contact form, as well as directly via e-mail. Tried to call the phone number, but it wouldn't even ring - would just go to an automated voicemail. Finally received a response on 5/12/22, and then the gift card was finally sent. This vendor has good products. I just hope that the responsiveness of customer service can catch up as well.

I find the SOAR products very helpful especially Time Taken Gel Caps I find the SOAR products very helpful to my overall health. But in particular the drops and gels for sleeping are excellent; Time Taken.

Did not receive the delivery Did not receive the delivery. Was mixed up with prescription medication from another company. Can't reach anybody at SOAR to get the issue fixed. Email link in the communication regarding the delivery didn't work. The "contact us" form on the website didn't work. I have tried calling the phone number several times. It goes directly to voice mail. When I tried to leave a voice mail, I was cut off.

I generally give Soar 5 but got half of my order I generally give Soar 5 but this order I received only half of my order. I am also having trouble getting to a way to have this resolved. I love the products and usually all is fine.
