From the link they provide to follow the shipping process, you learn that the product will come from China. For contact, you can only write to the e-mail address given to you (tina@...).You receive answers from this e-mail address telling you tob e patient and that the products will arrive. In the cargo tracking link, it says "the product was delivered" after approximately 1.5 months. But the product definitely does not reach the buyer. After 2 months, from the moment you send a message asking for your money back, you no longer receive a reply to your messages. When you report the situation to the e-mail at Zenhin.com (support@zenhin...), where the money goes, there is no response.
