GBConvenience and courtesy I had piles of paper to shred in my apt on the 3rd floor and I didn’t know how I was going to get I’ll downstairs but the awesome gentleman came up to my apt and got it all for me. That was the best thing he could for me. I had 2 large bins of paper and he got it all.

Offered clear terms about service and how to maximize use of service for my needs, unlike another company which seemed like they were upsellng sevice. Will use again for shredding a large amount of papers, etc that would have taken much longer if I did it myself.
