It doesn’t retain its sharpness It doesn’t retain its sharpness, i had it two weeks and i can’t even slice a tomato without sharpening it on a steel

Excellent for the money Regarding the House brand Santoku… Excellent for the money. Rustic but refined enough it doesn’t feel like they used rustic as an excuse to not feel good.

Good knife but wish they would package it better! I ordered a Dau Voa 350mm slicer. The first slicer I received was a 270mm slicer from them. Called Zach immediately after opening and they sent out the correct knife with a pre-label to send the other knife back. My only gripe is, I wish they would package these knives better. When I received both knives, the shipping boxes were damaged and or crushed. I was disappointed in that.
