Their prices *are* often on the higher side relative to buying direct from HK (etc) but the merits described above help mitigate that, at least for me. A good source for harder to find accessories and an easy one-shop-stop for anything Heckler & Koch, if you don’t object to paying a bit more.

Hk Mags Actually my first point of contact was via phone. HK Parts customer service was very courteous and helpful. Shipping was excellent. The magazines for my SR9 were exactly as expected from HK. Top quality.

Awesome sig mags that were delivered in timely manner, however the advertisement sale was confusing and therefore, ordered the wrong Sig Mag ki I called customer service the next few days or so because I hadn’t opened the delivery box yet. I then discovered that I ordered the wrong P365XL FDE mags arrived . I only received voice mail with no callback even when leaving msg. I’ll try multiple times to see if they reach out or return call.
