Outstanding customer service! The entire process with Uplight Rentals was amazing! I noticed two days before our event that our original shipment was not going to be delivered until after our event. Uplight Rentals re-routed the original shipment to be returned to them and sent out another shipment that arrived in time. The lights added so much ambiance to our venue and we were very happy with the results. The return was very easy as well. Thank you for providing such amazing customer service! We will certainly be renting from them again.

It’s amazing what lighting can do for… It’s amazing what lighting can do for an event. If you want to take it to the next level but not purchase all of that equipment, UplightRentals just sends it to you and then gives you information to send it back when the event is over. It’s a win-win. We will definitely use them again. And customer service was top notch.

One of the easiest rentals I've ever done This was one of the easiest rentals I've ever done. I received them on time, with clear instructions for how to package them back up, return label AND tape included (loved this), and send them back for return. Would recommend to anyone who needs lights for an event! Lights looked elegant and added a great sense of *magic* to our Winter Wonderland Corporate Christmas Party. Thank you!

The lights were great The lights were great! The shipping back was great! I would be mindful to have lights arrive a day before you need set up. This was my fault for not getting them sooner but I was able to get some lights up and they looked fantastic!
