We ordered the hip ortho support brace… We ordered the hip ortho support brace for our 14 year old poodle with hip issues. The company was great. They called after I ordered to clarify the size of my dog since I had mistakenly inputted the wrong weight. My dog still has issues but the brace provides support to his back legs and makes it easier for him to walk on wood floors, with less slippage. He appears to like it and will wear it the entire day. we have a 13 year old chow and brace… we have a 13 year old chow and brace with rest and loving care helped heal his torn CCL. any question i had was quickly answered by ash and i would recommend company and product highly. we felt workmanship was outstanding even though we periodically had to adjust velcro straps. it looks almost new after 10+ weeks of use

They won't let you Return the item. We bought this for our dog. Unfortunately it does not work for him, he couldnt even get up wearing it. :( This doesnt help dogs with a weak back. Which is sad, but we can try something else. However, we are truly unhappy to realise that they do not let us return the item. We would not have been so brave to spend over 300 dollars to get this if we had realised it before purchasing. We absolutely feel stupid. I recommend not to buy it if you aren't certain it will work for your puppy. Absolutely Unhappy with ORTHODOG.

Be very sure you are able to waste a… Be very sure you are able to waste a lot of money when it doesn’t fit properly. My dog is tall and thin (I wish I had seen some reviews here before buying) and even after watching all the videos multiple times, reading all the instructions over and over and sending pictures and emailing back and forth (customer service does try) I couldn’t get the brace to stop sliding down past his knee when my dog sat. I even took the brace to my vet - the technician had no luck, and the vet said the brace would work only for a limited range of dogs depending on body size and leg length. I had high hopes and gambled - and LOST. Be very, very sure before you take the chance.
