Excellent Customer Service My computer was having an obstinate day when I tried to take advantage of the Earth Day Special sale. My order was declined. When I called customer service I was connected to a most wonderful person. She assisted me with a reorder and was most helpful. My order arrived quickly and was correct. Amazing service. Almost makes you want to skip the website completely and go on to talk to a real person!!!

Terrible customer service Initially great. But after I requested 6 weeks ago over multiple emails to have my script sent to a much more affordable dispensary which is allowed with AMA and flowers for life website. They refused. Send my script for 3rd time to incorrect dispensary and refuse to reissue. So continually paying for appts with no product. Very scammy how much they force you to use Astrid which is over 40% increase on most other dispensary costs. Then when you try to contact you get a generic email saying they only send to Astrid and no other access to communicate with a person. AVOID a this clinic at all costs.

The Best CBD oil by far. I recently swapped from a different CBD Oil, to try Flower of Life CBD, I can honestly say this has changed my life! I’m now anxiety free, very little aches and pains and my insomnia is non existent! The customer service is the best I have received, a proper old school mentality where the customer comes first. James and his team take time to talk and made sure I was getting the right product and the right amount, saving me a fortune. I will not go any where else from now on!

Above and Beyond I’ve always loved the products and the quality has been perfect since the beginning. Most importantly, the family behind this is very thoughtful and caring. They are always willing to go above and beyond when fulfilling orders, whether it be adding an extra gift or writing personal notes in your orders. I’ll forever be a longtime supporter.
