HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service!! I paid extra for fast shipping to take the product on a trip but emailed to ask when I would receive it since the website did not specify what the faster shipping time was. When they responded, I was not going to get it in time, so I emailed to cancel the order and I went on line and cancelled. (The response said that they would wave the shipping fee, but that did not matter if I could not take the item with me). They did not cancel the order, nor did they refund the shipping and when I returned from my trip, I had the product WHICH WAS THE WRONG PRODUCT - NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Since that time, they have not responded to any of my emails to resolve this issue and the phone number listed for them is always busy so I do not think it is in service. BE VERY CAREFUL IN ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Spare Yourself from Aggravation The worst company I have ever dealt with online. I had to call my credit card company ( the phone number at Day1nutrition doesn’t work always busy ) to get a refund because they never sent me my products after confirming that they were on there way. I should have read the reviews before ordering from them. Lesson learned !

Easy to place my order Easy to place my order. Received a prompt order confirmation and my package came exactly when it was supposed to. I placed two orders thst dsy from two different vendors and I'm still waiting for the package from the other.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE The shipping procedures used by this particular company are completely bogus. My package has been 2 hours away from its final destination, for over a week now.. total shipping time as of now has been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received my package. Service is not timely whatsoever. I am very displeased by this inconvenience and will not be ordering from this site EVER AGAIN!!

Great personal service Great personal service, only reason it's not 5 stars is... the website had incorrect info as far as available inventory. But the sales rep contacted me immediately and even comped some multi vitamins.
