GBPromising app with room for improvement in user interface This is a nice little app, but it has some annoying bugs (I've been using laptop/web interface). It is not obvious that once you click the exercise button, THEN you will see instructions on what each exercise is. Also, if you click the "Done" buttons as you go along, and then try to hit the final "done" button there is an error. this is annoying because the final "done" button is the one that finalizes the count for the day and you don't get credit for doing the work otherwise. Only by looking up the error code on the internet did I realize it is caused by a timeout. So, backup, then click "done", "done", "done" and final "done" and that works. Please make timeout longer than 15 minutes or whatever it is currently.

GBFinally, a health improvement plan that I can stick with. The Walking Diet is the motivation that I have needed to begin the journey to improved health and fitness. I have completed the first week and am looking forward to the increased challenges as I progress. I truly believe that I will be able to meet my goals with this program

Watching meals. Mostly this program motivates me to be kind to myself and keep moving. When it snows soon, I have a hardly used treadmill that is beginning to look interesting. Thanks for the subtle motivation.

Also the information about health nutrition is unsurpassed, it has done me very good. Counseling is ideal. The truth is that they excelled with this website.

NZMove It Before You Lose It I am just beginning and will give the walking program my best shot. I am elderly - in my eighties - and find the warm up and stretching exercises particularly useful. Joints seize up with age and I find these exercises useful not only to prepare for walking but before my tennis days too.
