We have been in the photobooth business… We have been in the photobooth business since 2010 and have tons of booths from U.S vendors. Chinese vendors have monopoly on 360 booths. We ordered the booth in good faith and there was lack of communication on delivery. The booth was left outside in the rain and there was a big hole in the travel case. The water got inside the booth. We contacted the seller and were told they cannot do anything. We were asked to send photos and we provided tons but we never heard back from the seller. We will be purchasing more 360booths but we have chosen not to work with vendor for lack of quality and empathy.

Great customer Great customer service since clicking the checkout button to the moment I was literally unboxing my new photobooth! Summer kept me updated with progress on my order throughout the whole process and it was good knowing the status of my order. The booth itself is fantastic, had put it together for the first time yesterday, and can’t wait to see what future events bring with my new booth, definitely returning for future purchases

I’m still amazed at how great this Company has been from the first phone call still returning my calls months and months later with in five minutes thank you From the first phone call all the way through delivery exceptional customer service I even called three months after I got my bed on a Sunday night and Luna called me back within five minutes on her day off amazing service

Correct part Rebecca assisted me in ordering a part that I didn’t see listed on the website. She was very concerned and made sure I ordered and received the right part. I was at a loss before communicating with her. Without her expertise I wouldn’t be able to use the machine
