All-Wall is a Great Company to deal with I have a small plaster and drywall company, so I am not a large account for All-Wall, but I have always had a great experience with them. I get a big kick out of reading the 1-star haters and have pretty much determined they probably have a problem with everyone they deal with. Nothing but good things to say about All-Wall products and their customer service. I am often amazed at how quickly my orders come from Nevada to PA and usually free shipping!

Thank you All-Wall bought a Columbia 8" fat boy box and… I bought a Columbia 8" fat boy box and when I finally got around to trying it I noticed that the one wheel was wobbling. I called Columbia and got no response so a few days later I tried calling All-Wall and found that my 30 day warranty with them had expired by a few days . Instead of blowing me off and saying not my problem the man I spoke with said let me see what I can do and after we talked he sent me the parts that should fix the problem and I really appreciate the understanding and response.

Missing Equipment Tools were shipped, and a piece for one was missing. I contacted AllWall, and within the first business day I was responded to and told the missing piece would be expedited that same day. Quality customer service like this is hard to come by these days, and AllWall makes sure the customer comes first. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Allwall carries the products I use and… Allwall carries the products I use and they are always prompt about getting stuff sent out when I order. Packages arrive well packed. The prices are better than most places. The staff is very knowledgeable if I ever have questions. Can't ask for much more.
