Ryan from JMAC helped us out and was absolutely invaluable in getting our return processed. Communication was excellent and Ryan let us know the progress at every turn. GBPurchasing was fine, returning an incorrect part wasn’t good Customer service was great when trying to find a certain part we needed to repair our electronic lock system. Two things prevented me from giving 5 stars. The part was shipped from a warehouse in a small box with no bubble wrapping around the part. Unfortunately, the security company person we entrusted to fix our lock had us order the wrong model part. Due to this person giving us the wrong information, and the fact that he had tried to install, we were told by a JMAC customer service person that we couldn’t return it. The part was still in good condition, but weren’t allowed to return. This was very disappointing as with shipping, we were “out” several hundred dollars with a part we can’t even use.
