was sent the incorrect item I was sent the incorrect item to start and then had to take pkg to be shipped back and pay a fee to print label. The company policy is to wait until they receive return before sending a replacement even though it was their fault to begin with. Customer service was able to resolve issue but still took at least a wk longer.
