The unit, legs, bolt packages, etc. were floating around in the box. The legs were bent, the unit was dirty. Packaging Score: 1. I contacted customer support. They would have sent me a new unit, but they were out of the model that was on a stand, so they refunded me my money. Customer Support Score: 5.

Missing motor assembly screw Pulled motor assembly out of the box to find a nut and screw floating around inside. 1 of 4 motor assembly screws. Pulled it apart and made the repair. Also, no way to fasten the pole/base shroud?? My order did ship quickly, but ended up being 1 day late.
