Ordered Bosch Optical Level on 4-6-24 NOTHING Ordered Optical Level on 4-6-24 which I need, website stated receive in 2-3 days, then email says shipped. Went to UPS website and states Label created. NOTHING. I have emailed Customer Service, left customer message on website. NOTHING. Update 4-29-24 NOTHING. Do not buy from this website, they have NOTHING for customer service.

My opinion The item arrived in 3 days from being ordered.. The only thing that is upsetting is that within 2 days of ordering the Sun Joe tiller which I paid 159 + was advertised as 129+ and free shipping....

customer service - have been a long time customer and have… have been a long time customer and have purchased many tools. shortly after placing the order, I was made aware of the same Makita battery powered lawn mower offered through Amazon for $60+ less and inquired if I would be able to get matching price (credit against the purchase). have communicated multiple times through cust service but have not resulted. ready to return for refund.

Good tool for good value Got what I wanted, came better than expected (recond), came in quickly.

Speed of delivery was great Speed of delivery was great, I am very satisfied with my new tool. One area you can improve on is the packaging. My box came partially open because it only had one strip of tape hold it shut. One or two more bands of tape for security.
