SGPerfect place to start if you wish to improve your life and others around you. In the world of Health and Nutrition, there are alot of knowledge which anyone can tap on, on their own. In ITN, they truly come with a holistic approach for a person who are looking to benefit either themselves or anyone else they are looking to help, by exploring the true science behind nutrition, understanding the psychological health of the person and the spiritual portion to truly heal a person. On top of it, they provide Business knowledge to help you get started. You will not feel lost at any point in time. The worst case is just to feel overwhelmed due to the availability of knowledge in the curriculum. Such is what i termed as good problem, as you can easily breakdown those material into bite size, and gain from it at your own term.

GBThe 5 components ROCK The 5 components ROCK I love the different components to the course. It makes this very unique and different. Different is only good though if it is meaningful and this course offers tons of meaning anyone can share with friends, family, and clients about health. The majority of people are not thinking about their past attachments or mental struggles when it comes to optimal nutrition. When it is explained to them, they begin to see how psychology is intertwined. Super important! I think it would be helpful to have more health scenarios in the lessons where we are walking through someones current health and past. For example, if someone tells me they have high blood pressure, "what should I eat?" I know there are other factors to take into consideration but I wouldn't be able to start rattling off foods. I would just make general recommendations like shooting for whole foods, ask about how much movement they are getting, limit fruit and other blood spiking foods, and do this slowly as part of a transition to lower blood sugar.

GBI loved this school I loved this school! The curriculum was amazing! I was totally in love with how much community and student support you get also, and even contact from the school was so prompt; they have the best support team! I've recommended this school to anyone looking to get into Health Coaching, and I cant wait to dive even deeper into this program and take advantage of all the extras they offer. Thanks ITN!

GBAn okay program The ITN CTNC program presents students with a lot of information and the breadth of study is very great, but the depth is not. The way information is presented is very dry and sometimes it feels like too much info that I don't know how to integrate and other times it feels like not enough information, like we're just breezing over concepts. The business incubator videos, the facebook lives, and the associate teacher videos are all really good, it's just the bulk of the course information that I think could be presented in a more lively and interesting way. Overall, it gives a great overview of various aspects of health, so for someone just starting out it might be a good option, but I was doing my own studying and research for a year and a half before joining the program and I think reading published books and listening to podcasts about health by researchers, scientists, and healthcare professionals will give a more in depth picture of the human body and the practical ways to achieve and maintain health.

CAGroup Lab assesment? I really appreciate the program and I am learning SO much! I'm more oriented towards group coaching through workshop and conferences rather then the one on one approach. So maybe offering to do the Lab assement in a group setting instead of individual ones could be an interesting avenue to think about. I believe transformation in very powerful when acknowledge and supported by your family or community. thank you for your time!
