I subsequently purchased elsewhere since I did not know if my order was still pending or cancelled. It showed up a few days before Christmas…I returned the item.

Quick shipping. Great jacket. Quick shipping. Good packing. I had no idea that construction gear was a company. I seem to have landed there shopping online from Walmart. My only other comment is that I wish the inside of the jacket had the same lining as the sleeves do. The fuzzy(and no doubt warmer) fabric pulls at your clothing as you put the jacket on. This is a change from older (exact) versions of the same jacket.

Ordered three Wells coats and I messed up one of the orders. I have ordered three Wells coats for my sons in law and me and for one I posted the wrong size. I found an email link on your site and was able to contact one of your agents before the coat was shipped. She immediately took the time to change the order to the correct size BEFORE it was shipped. I don't know of any other online company that would do this or even take the time to respond to my email. You have a great system for handling orders.

Super affordable and great quality Ordered Timberland workbooks for my boyfriend for christmas.
