Good customer service Placed an order for a high dollar "in stock" item at the beginning of August. Product was not in stock. Due to manufacturer delay, item was received at the end of September. I was fortunate to create a contact in customer service. I spoke solely to this individual. He was very honest about the situation. Always took my calls (for status of item) and called back with additional information. Because of the customer service, I would order from this company again.

Excellent price and customer service ! When I called Al’s, the very owner answered the phone and all my questions, he even went to get the airless spray machine and read the box contents to me. Better price than anybody and fast delivery. Great purchase experience !!

The Website says label was created on… The Website says label was created on 1/10/24. Estimated delivery date of 1/17/24, between 10:45 AM and 2:45 PM. Today is 1/17/24. 7 DAYS LATER and the tracking shows it hasn't even been picked up yet. No delivery or estimate of delivery after 8 days? Order placed on 1/10/24.

Great Customer Support Unfortunately, the post office lost our shipment from Al's Taping Tools & Spray Equipment. I called after a week of the USPS showing the shipment as basically missing. Great customer support and very friendly on the phone. I hope they at least received their product back from the post office. I would recommend doing business with this company.
