I'm not happy with my experience I'm not happy with my experience. I placed my order a month ago. The status still says "preparing to ship" over a week ago I did the customer service chat, the person said I would get an updated status email the next day. Never happened. I send a different email still haven't received a response. Then today I get an email asking me to fill out this survey when I would really like to hear from customer service.

Tried to buy a shoe that apparently… Tried to buy a shoe that apparently wasn't in stock and not only did it not state that it wasn't in stock, my money was taken and I THEN got an email the next day about the shoe not being in stock. What a waste of time considering I had looked everywhere for those shoes and was so happy I had finally found them just to be let down because your company can't keep up with inventory. Do better.

Not what I expected :( Shoes were delivered very quickly! These were the thinnest soled work boots I have ever tried on. Also absolutely the most uncomfortable.

I really love your boots I really love your boots, and all the colors you have. I love colorful clothes and boots ! The only thing I would change is the shoelaces they need to be rougher, and keep making these without the zippers. It’s really hard to find just lace up boots ! I really am serious about orange if you could make a pretty pair of orange boots I would be your first customer ! Thank you, Karen Bunney
