GBEO3 Drink Product Review Since I am RD student, I have introduced this product to family and friends to see what they think of it. Many of them really enjoy the it especially when on the go or after a work out because of its high protein content. I am very impressed with this product and especially enjoy it chilled. I will highly recommend this product to clients in the future. Especially those who may not get enough Omega-3's in their daily diet.

GBGreat taste Great taste! Didn’t have the chalky taste of other protein/nutritional beverage supplements, this had a tart taste of actual berries. I will definitely buy again.

DEExpensive ultra-processed food Don't get fooled by the advertised health benefits, this is ultra-processed food and cannot be good for your health. It says no added sugars, but contains juice concentrate as a main ingredient, the sugar content is about 10g /100 ml, about the same as Coca Cola. Do they think that they can still fool people with the "no added sugar" claim, in 2023? This is just the worst type of misleading advertising. The sugars in juice concentrate are exactly the same as added sugars, and this is a well known fact. Other ingredients found here are things that you would never find in your kitchen: collagen hydrolysate, pectin, artificial raspberry flavour, L-carnitine, sunflower seed protein, tochopherols. We now have abundant research showing that ultra-processed food such as this is the main cause of obesity in modern societies, and isolating single molecules from food and adding them to create a supposedly healthy food substitute is not a proven way to make people healthy. Some of these ingredients may not even come from food, and rather be produced in the lab. This is not real food and I regret I ordered these smoothies without reading the full label first, they cost a lot of money and are likely to be unhealthy. There is no need of adding vitamins and nutrients to your diet through artificial products, when these abound in vegetables (and you get healthy fiber instead of sugars). The claim benefits of Omega 3 supplementation is also a controversial topic, and certainly not a settled issue to date.

GBWhy a Registered Dietitian Promotes EO3 As a registered dietitian, I love EO3 for multiple reasons. This multi-nutritional smoothie is packed with omega-3s, protein, and antioxidants - and it tastes great!! I love having a smoothie post-workout, knowing I am fueling my body with good nutrition to help replenish energy stores and promote muscle repair and synthesis. I highly recommend EO3!
