GBWrong product delivered Wrong product delivered. I ordered a Smile Direct Premium Edition XL Water Flosser #540616. Instead I received a mini travel version. Am returning this mini travel version on March 4th via the USPS. Please send me the product I ordered in the next seven days, or, I will cancel payment with my credit card and order something else from a competitor. Constance Hatfield I think the Discounttoday.net company should refund the $9.00 charge for return postage on March 4th.

GBI ordered an Ego rubber power broom I ordered an Ego rubber power broom from this company under the domain BigBigMart.com. It was the best price I could find, but I wasn't familiar with the company. After several internet searches, I determined they were a reputable company and placed the order. My credit card flagged the order as an international order and rejected the transaction. BigBigMart (Discounttoday) still fulfilled my order while trying to resolve the credit card transaction. Interestingly enough, the merchandise shipped out of Lowes warehouse. This gave me more confidence that they were working with a big reputable retailer. I received my order quickly in brand new condition. I used it that same day without any issues with the product. In all areas, I was pleased with results. I got the best price, with quick delivery, with a company that is good enough to partner with Lowes. Even though there were issues with my credit card company, it did not delay my order. I'm very satisfied.

GBUnprofessional I submitted payment for a purchase made through Discount Today. Five weeks later, I received phone calls, emails, and text messages stating that they sent the package but did not receive the payment. This post is not meant to dispute whether the payment was in fact processed or if the shipment was received, only that any issues with payment were not addressed until well over a month after the transaction occurred. It would have been much easier for me to verify receipt of the package and remedy any issues with payment had they reached out to me prior to five weeks afterwards. Furthermore, the issue with payment was not on my end as the payment sent was valid.

GBOrdered from this site on 1/17/24 and… Ordered from this site on 1/17/24 and received confirmation of order email and that a follow up Email would be sent with tracking info once order was shipped. Well… after not hearing anything else since initial placement of order, I sent email inquiring about my order. Received email response back stating delay on supplier and that “was going to take long time”… and “we cancelled your order and refund your money”… After receive that response, I went and checked my credit card, and sure as crap, another charge was made on todays date, NOT A Refund… “If you pay credit card you need to contact credit card company”… These folks at Discounttoday.net appear to be a fraudulent company and site in which I’ll be reporting to BBB and forewarning you all to steer clear of this site. They were quick to take my funds from my account… twice. I want my refund!
