GBI just had an online chat with Mike at… I just had an online chat with Mike at ProFlix. He was very helpful and informative in helping me understand the capabilities of the product I was looking at and identifying how it wasn't the right thing for what I was trying to accomplish. He saved me a lot of time from buying something that wouldn't do what I really needed and then having to return it. This was a more proactive solution. I'm impressed that he was able to help me, even though ProFlix doesn't sell the product I need. He let me know what type of device I should really be using. It's nice to know that people can be helpful even when it means they don't get a sale. Because of this, I will remember ProFlix for next time and they will be my first stop when I actually make a purchase.

GBOUTSTANDING SERVICE and Price!!! I needed a power convertor for our Hollyland Mars 400s. I called over 6 distributors with no luck, they either said they did not have it or was not available yet. Found ProFlix and called Thursday morning, they promised to look into the convertor. Late Thursday afternoon, ProFlix called and told me they found the convertor, it was a new part sku. The price was much less than I expected and placed the order. Today, Monday morning FedX delivered the convertor. That is what I call OUTSTANDING SERVICE and reasonable prices!! You can bet I will be purchasing from ProFlix in the future. What else is amazing, is they really care about Customer Service. THANK YOU ProFlix!!!!!!

GBThoroughly impressed... Ok, I buy all of my film gear from B&H but I needed some Gold Mount batteries the same week and that wasn't going to happen at B&H. So I went looking and found proflixsales.com. I was apprehensive (having never heard of them) but did research and seemed legit. I honestly received the best service. Not only did they track down the batteries I needed but they communicated with the manufacturer directly to make sure I would get them on time. I had lots of contact from them, all polite and very helpful. Just a wonderful experience. No joke. I will definitely do more business with them in the near future.

GBGreat service and fast shipping I've always bought my gear through places like B&H and Amazon, but I was looking to get a new control surface for color grading and neither place had them in stock. I found ProFlix through a google search and was a bit nervous about it because I'd never heard of them. I decided to feel them out on the chat on their site and they proved knowledgeable and friendly so I took a chance. I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and my order arrived Tuesday morning (1 business day!)... and the shipping was free! So glad to have another go-to spot and support the little guy.
