I contacted Billd and got assistance QUICKLY I contacted Billd, due to my need for materials for a gov't project. Due to the craziness of COVID19, advanced payrolls for my men, existing projects being curtailed by my Social Distancing officer, delaying payments - all put me in a difficult spot. Mikayla was able to guide me through the process (past my multitude of user errors) and make our purchase happen...quickly, my materials are now on the way. Given the way our world is changing about every darn hour...I appreciate these guys being solid and responsive. Give them a try

We are having a good experience with… We are having a good experience with Billd. They only issues stem around the lack of ability to create spreadsheets to see our overall view. Also, when you pay off materials it doesn't auto populate the full total making it confusing on us to know which amount goes with which bill.

Excellent Product We’ve worked with Billd for the past two years and offer their products to our subcontractor customers as a flexible option for payment on occasion. Billd’s process is super easy, we get paid up front via ACH with clean communication so we can release materials to the jobsite quickly. Their supplier team has always easy to work with and responsive. These guys are no-nonsense outfit that know the industry well and look out for their customers.

Love almost everything about the… Love almost everything about the process and your customer service. My only items I would like to see adjusted are how quickly the website can update once my material purchases are paid back by me. Also, when you go into projects and try to hit the pay button it only thinks and does not allow me to submit. If I go to material purchases and hit the same icon I can make my way thru and hit submit. A Man of His Word In my opinion most companies sell you in the beginning and and never follow though. I saw it first hand where our company was in a situation and Travis said he would look into and get back to us. Not only did he do what he said he was going to do but he actually rectified our situation at the time. That goes along way with me. I am happy at this time to say we feel like we have a partner with Billd thanks to Travis Mayor.
