GBfirst time order Everything was delivered as ordered and I was kept informed during the order and shipping process. Woods 8" power grip (N4950) really made it a lot safer to handle the glass panels we moved and will be a great safe way to handle the panels in the future. Would recommend using MYTOOLSTORE.COM and hope to purchase from them in the future.

GBVery responsive customer service After ordering a couple items, I then cancelled the order but for some reason it didn't process. Ryan and his crew were understanding and emailed me return postage to ship the items back. They even called to follow up a week later. If I ever need anything again, I'm definitely going to order through these guys. Very helpful and responsive.

GBLarge box arrived damaged and items… Large box arrived damaged and items were loose inside. Good thing nothing got lost or damaged but this needs to be addressed by shipper and courier as both the packing and handling was sub-par.
