Fantastic Service Been using Strukta now for 4 years. Fantastic service. Turnaround from order to delivery is second to none, usually next day. Unusual in the construction industry. If there was a 0 star option I’d give that If there was a 0 star option, I’d give that instead! Really poor service from Strukta on numerous occasions. Make promises they can’t keep, and when there’s a problem, they’re not interested. It took 4 attempts to supply me with a product that was in a satisfactory condition, nearly 6 months after ordering, without any show of good will. If you’re relying on a product turning up on time, and in new condition, I’d definitely go somewhere else!

Above and beyond What can I say about this company, we have used for several years now and are alway do whatever they can to help, I emailed Curtis at 22:30 at night desperately needing something delivered the next day, by 07:00 the next morning I had an email back saying delivered by lunch the next day , if that is not going above and beyond I don’t know what is .. highly recommend

THREE attempts to contact, NO reply!! THREE attempts to contact company using their 'contact us' page on website, over 8 days. Guess what, NOTHING.. So much for their vaunted 'customer service'!! Wanted information on product, nearest store a way away, just to travel to find not got it, or too expensive. Also, appears that they are trade only, but wanted clarification. Got NOTHING. Obviously not interested, so have now sourced from a RELIABLE company, who actually REPLY to requests for information...... STAY AWAY FROM STRUKTA!!
