The only reason why I gave a four star… The only reason why I gave a four star and not a five start is that originally I was sent the wrong signs and had to wait for the correct ones.

Terrible service Terrible service. On 2/13/2023 I ordered 60 foxfire lights. I emailed asking for a status update on 5/22/2023 when I realized we hadn't received our order yet. Shannon Leal at TSW assured me that they would ship out on 5/31/23, and apologized for the delay. She also made mention that they had "just received the components to make these." Being that TSW doesn't produce Foxfire lights I assume she meant that they were backordered and would ship soon. On 5/31/2023 I emailed Shannon again asking if they had shipped out yet. The gloves were what we were looking… The gloves were what we were looking for, but they were not anywhere close to the sizing. Mediums are very small, and I have contacted to see if we could exchange, but have received no response. So for that I give a 3 star. Shipping was pricey, but we received in a reasonable time.
