I return same style pants in size 30… I return same style pants in size 30 back on May 31, 2023, and reorder Portwest C701 Cargo pants with side leg cargo pockets, this time in size 32 since that I liked these pants the first time. Yes, the pants in size 32 fits me, and Yes, got refunded back from pants size 30. THANK YOU!

Order did not arrive by estimated delivery date We based our purchase with Gorvex based on the estimated arrival date of the gloves. We ordered and heard nothing for a long time. We sent an email to find out where the order was and got a reply that there was a delay in shipment. We had not gotten an update on that until we contacted you. The order did not arrive for the project we needed them for. We were credited shipping fees which was appreciated, but unfortunately the main reason we ordered them was to use them for a specific date and project. They did not arrive on time for that.

Excellent customer service and problem resolution. There was a minor mishap on the shipping date but I no sooner brought it to their attention that I received and apology for the mistake and a refund of the extra shipping I had paid for. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how they are dealt with them that makes a company worth supporting. Gorvex owned the problem and immediately fixed it. I will be shopping with them again.
