Best workout of my life!! I have been doing EMS workouts since 2019. First at Manduu, then Body20 for a hot minute, then I found Katalyst and bought my own suit. I have been doing the 20 min workout consistently 3x per week and when I say this workout has changed my body, it is quite remarkable. To give you an idea, I have put on 8lbs of muscle, which is not easy to do in your late 50's! Of course, I have made dietary changes and have cut back on my alcohol consumption but I have done that before with not nearly these results. I have never been a big 'lift free weights in the gym' type of person but the 20 mins with Katalyst is the equivalent of working out with heavy weights in the gym for several hours. Every time I use it, I am sore all over my body the next day! Plain and simple the technology works! Additionally, the Katalyst customer service is outstanding! First, I received my suit within a week of my order and every time I have had a question, I simply email customer service and they get back to me within a matter of hours! Is price a significant investment? You bet! BUT the results are worth every penny! Highly highly recommend!!

Helped me overcome my mental restrictions during training I have been over weighted for about 15 or maybe 20 years now and I have tried about 20 different training methods and instruments. Katalyst is the only one that I use regularly. So far I’ve logged about 100 sessions over the last 11 months. Which might be more than all the others combined. One thing I extremely appreciated is how the device helps me overcome the mental restrictions during training. As someone who never had athletic training and constantly skipped PE back in school, I think when I tried to do strength training when I’m an adult, I lack that mental toughness to push me through the “ Exhausting” state all the strength training requires. My mind always yells “ too much” before my body reaches its limit. With Katalyst, it becomes an enduring game which I find much easier. Highly recommend!

Untrustworthy.... As an avid biohacker, I was so keen to invest in this product. Sounds like a dream come true. Effective workouts in minimal time! I didn't even care about the hefty price tag, especially when I saw they had touted numerous positive 5 star Trustpilot reviews. So it was to my utter disbelief that when I cross checked here (circa Nov 2023) I found no reviews whatsoever. I wrote to Katalyst to ask for an explanation and the only one they had to offer was that they were building their own customer-based review platform. (Of which nobody wants, because we're all looking for third party unbiased reviews! ) There may be, there may not be a heap of science to back their product, but they have forsaken the simple yet powerful trait of integrity. As inviting as the fascade seems, just too big a price tag and too big a question mark for me to move forward with.
