2 years of Katalyst and never looked and felt better I decided to invest in Katalyst after turning 40 and starting to feel random aches and pains around my body, particularly in my lower back which my mom has had chronic issues with. Almost two years later and I have never been stronger, leaner, and my lower back pain is totally gone. I'm more fit than I was in my twentites, and I've always been physical and in shape. I'll sometimes take weeks off, but that doesnt seem to negatively impact the foundation I've built with consistent, long-term use. Cannot recommend it enough.

Katalyst fits my busy schedule Due to my schedule (work, kids, life), I don't have time to go to the gym or trainer any more. I run on my own, but I'm missing the strength component. Katalyst allows me to get a solid workout on my schedule. The variety of work outs keeps it fresh and it's an efficient workout that fits into my busy day. I've even started to take it on my work trips.

I love working out with my Katalyst I love working out with my Katalyst. The results are awesome. I challenge myself every week and love the feeling of setting a new record in one of the categories- strength, power , cardio. And the stretching and recovery programs are a great way to wrap up the workouts. I recommend this to anyone who loves seeing results without injuring your body. I have back issues- like most people- and I trust this system to keep me from hurting myself. Lastly, they keep coming out with new workout programs. There’s a lot to choose from.
