GBTtLife and their policies TtLife dealt with me over an Oxygen Concentrator I purchased. After I received the device i talked with my Pulmonologist. He decided the concentrator was not what I needed. I emailed with TTLife and they were wonderful. Offered me an even trade for another device. I decided to go a different route and ordered what I needed. TTLife agreed to let me return my device and to refund my money. I returned the device and I received my refund within 3 days. GBGreat Product As a COVID survivor Great Product As a COVID survivor, I've come a long way with my recovery, relying on ventilators and oxygen supplementation post-hospitalization. Two years out, and I'm mostly back to myself, though I still need a little help at night. I'm really pleased with the NT-04 oxygen concentrator — it's been a reliable companion through my daily life. Now, I'm looking into getting a portable unit for travel. This device has truly supported my path to getting back to life as it was.

GBCustomer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. Phone calls are not answered and it takes days to receive an email back. I need to return this machine and they offered me $60 to keep it and sell it to someone else..then when I refused they offered me $85.00 Shipping it back cost more than $200 then they said they would charge me $109.00 restocking fee. Don't purchase from this company. I will be filing a dispute with my card company
