Customer service is non-existent Customer service is non-existent. Phone calls are not answered and it takes days to receive an email back. I need to return this machine and they offered me $60 to keep it and sell it to someone else..then when I refused they offered me $85.00 Shipping it back cost more than $200 then they said they would charge me $109.00 restocking fee. Don't purchase from this company. I will be filing a dispute with my card company

NT-02 to the Rescue! Just got the NT-02 today and wow, what a difference it's made for my mother with severe COPD. The machines we tried before just weren't cutting it.
