GBDoes not allow any returns Products seem to be good. The return policy, on the other hand, is non-existent. They're hiding behind some odd covid excuse to not accept any returns. I can't post the link but from their website: COVID-19 UPDATE 3/18/20: As a safety measure, we have suspended returns and exchanges on all MIRA Safety products until further notice, and all sales are final. We greatly appreciate your patience while we work through this difficult situation. Buy elsewhere.

GBThis company's order fulfillment must be using the back of napkins. I bought a powered air backpack type respirator and a couple of cartridge filters from them. They didn't tell me the filters were on backorder so that when I received the respirator there was no way to use it. They said they would ship me the filters when they came in. They did not. Then I emailed them and they checked the order and said they would send them. Wait! Some sort of problem was going to delay the shipment. I waited a few weeks and then emailed them again. They said that order was delivered. "Right" I emailed them back. The respirator was delivered but not the filters. I'm now back in the "let me check on that" stage for the 3rd time. I have bought some filters somewhere else now. This place has order fulfillment issues. They have my money and I still have no filters from them.

GBSuper disappointed in everything Customer support is great. Product is not. The straps are very low quality. They are super thin and do not pull tight very well to get a good seal. The drinking straw is super short you have to smash mask against face to reach it. The connection is a proprietary connection to the provided canteen. The cap on supplied canteen does not fit on any other canteen the threads are also proprietary. The filter also shipped a week later than the rest of the order. Very disappointing.

GBGreat product, great brand We’ve had nothing but great experience from Mira Safety. Bought a mask for myself during the pandemic and then purchased 4 more for my family. It’s well made and worth the money for that level of protection. The first shipment took longer since they were out of stock but their customer service was top notch. Answered all my emails about my shipment very quickly. My 2nd shipment came in about a week. Great product, great brand.
