Good inventory & resourceful website Good inventory & resourceful website. Their safety center is very helpful in making the right purchase decision.

Customer service was extremely… Customer service was extremely unhelpful, had an item that I attempted to return, they refused to accept the return even though it was less than 10 days in use and refused a partial refund or store credit due to it being "used". The unit itself was in fine working condition, just slightly used.

FRAUD ALERT!!!! FRAUD ALERT!!!! Ordered and paid on 2/2/2020. today is 2/7/2020 and online website still says "order review". Talked to two different people at the business - and one said to cancel, another said that the product was shipped, but no tracking number provided or even general ETA on when it will be shipped. Tried calling them - no response and now emails are ignored as well. Built in google review on their site is fake as you cannot post it even as a customer. Called and informed my bank about this fraud website. FRAUD ALERT!!!!

Not a scam, but not great... -edit- 10/7/2021 - * to *** Austin from Enviro Safety products has reached out to me to address my concerns about fraud and information theft. The gentleman who called and took my information was a new employee and the order failure was apparently a training issue. Austin apologized and accepted that the fault lay with the company. There has been an offer of comped goods and a request for a less negative review, which I feel is an acceptable response. I no longer have any concerns about the legitimacy of the company. That said... When I placed the original order online, I had read a number of reviews for this company on google where mask orders at the start of the pandemic were mishandled or delayed. I also saw a few mentions of a system hack and computer system issues leading to dropped orders. I assumed that a year and a half was enough time to adapt to the pandemic-induced hurdles. As a small business, you have 1, maybe 2 goes at a good customer experience. The online order failure is strike 1. The call at 6:00 am was strike 2. Order failure over the phone and a fear of fraud was strike 3 and 4. Forcing the customer to initiate any follow up/resolution is beyond the pale, even if it is out of the company's control. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to do business with Enviro Safety from a purely order fulfillment perspective. They are a 3M authorized dealer and their prices are good to average, but I don't know if I would trust my next order would not be similarly mishandled. original review below --------------------------------------------- On 9/9/2021, I tried to purchase some hearing protection through the website. It rejected my credit card for some reason and I decided it wasn't worth dealing with that night. Next morning, at 6 am, I get a call from "David" asking me about the order I placed. He had no idea the order didn't go through, but he seemed legit enough. I let him talk me into placing the order over the phone and gave him my 16+CSV and address. A pending charge was placed on my card but I never got a confirmation email. The charge dropped after a week, but it sounds like a scam to me. Nothing sketchy yet, but I am keeping my eyes open. Watch out, they are either selling your information to scam call centers or are so incompetent that they can't even take your money and deliver a product properly.

Charged but didn't ship Terrible service. Placed an order for a supposedly in stock, expensive item. They charged the card and then did not ship. 6 weeks later they claim the item is still on backorder and merely offered to refund with no idea of when they would actually ship. Order cancelled, after giving them an 800 dollar loan for 6 weeks. This has to be a violation of their merchant services agreement with their card processor.
